Join us for the 4th Annual Mountain Warfare Training Challenge, a challenging
10K off-road run with obstacles such as tire course, low crawl, five-foot
wall climb, and tunnel crawl.
A unique
high-altitude event! Along the course there will be five water points
with personnel staged at each. Race individually, within your age division,
or as a member of a three-person team.
Your entry includes:

Established in 1951 specifically to provide mountain and cold weather training for replacement personnel bound for Korea, this intense training ground is one of the Corps' most remote and isolated posts, and one of its most difficult training grounds. The Center is located at 6,762 feet, on 46,000 acres of the Toiyabe National Forest, 21 miles northwest of Bridgeport, California and 100 miles south of Reno, Nevada. Temperatures here can reach as low as 20 degrees, and snow accumulation can reach depths of up to 8 feet.
